Terms of payment and product delivery
Terms of payment.

1.   Payment shall be made in UAH, EUR, USD.

2.   The Buyer pays for the Products/Services by transferring funds to the current flexo.shop account in a non-cash form using bank cards, electronic wallets, bank transfer and other methods specified on flexo.shop.

 

  • Payment by credit card

Upon order placement, you will be able to make payment by credit card. Card payment is available both inside and outside Ukraine. Dear Customers, Please note that when choosing the credit card or bank transfer payment methods, shipping is done upon the funds being credited to the bank account of flexo.shop; as a result, the processing time for your order can be extended. Orders are shipped only upon payment confirmation by the company’s accounting department. Application of initials on a shirt is possible only upon advance payment by bank transfer or credit card. You can order merchandise to be delivered outside Ukraine only when paying by credit card.

 

  • Payment by Visa, MasterCard

Payment is made directly to our bank account in Privat Bank. Requisites for payment will be available when placing an order. The dispatch of the goods is made only after the receipt of funds to our account.

3.   Individual Buyers make payments for orders in a non-cash form using the Platon payment system or by transferring funds to a PrivatBank card.

4.   Please indicate the number of the Order issued on flexo.shop and the Buyer's name as the payment purpose. A settlement document is issued as a proof of payment. Flexo.shop provides legal entities with an invoice and a delivery note.

5.   Payment is made under an invoice issued after the Buyer placed the Order on flexo.shop and sent to the Buyer's email address provided at the registration.

6.   Flexo.shop starts the execution of the Order only after getting the prepayment.

Product delivery.

1.   The Buyer chooses one of the provided delivery methods and indicates it in the Order.

2.   Order shipping is carried out by the following express delivery companies: Nova Poshta, DHL, TNT, TMM.

3.   Orders are dispatched on business days from Monday to Friday. Orders are not dispatched on weekends and holidays. Delivery time depends on the recipient's location region.

4.   Products are inspected and packaged appropriately, subject to the conditions and requirements of the packaging and labeling of the carrier.

5.   Flexo.shop informs the Buyer on the following shipping details on the day of the Product transfer to delivery service in any convenient way:

  • name of the Delivery Service;

  • address of the Product picking up place, i.e. delivery service office;

  • Product delivery note number.  

 

 6.   Upon picking up the Order at the delivery place, the Buyer must verify the conformity of the Product quantity with the Order, as well as absence of any visual damages of both the Packaging and Products. In case there is a major damage in the Packaging or Products or incompleteness of the Product set ordered, please refuse to pick up the Order and draw up an act (claim) at the express delivery service office. Please also immediately inform flexo.shop.

 

7.   The Buyer is notified and accepts that all Orders upon shipment are subject to compulsory insurance in accordance with the tariffs of the corresponding delivery service.

8.   The Buyer can track the Product shipping status on the website of the respective express delivery service.
